Question 1: Warranty
Key:if the goods have quality problem, we will instead the new one to you within 3 months, of course, we have to get the faulty goods returned at first. Then we will send the new ones to you with your next new order. Within 1 year, we can repair them for you free of charge if it is no need to change the important part.

Question 2: what's the warranty of your products and how about the after-sale service ?
Key: from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the products we will tell you a specific warranty when you send the order to us. The warranty period is valid from shipment date or B/L date. Please contact us if you have any problem about the problem and we will serve you very well.   

Question 3: May I go to China and visit your factory and know more before I order?
Key: Yes, you are welcome. Please contcact us in advance when you visit us.

Question 4: May I only buy a few pieces of products or several samples to test?
Key: Yes, you can. Usually we don't limit a MOQ, just decide the quantity by yourself .
